Were looking for a Production Manager who lives and breathes content, thinks creatively, and knows how to make every piece of content pop with that extra wow factor that stops the scroll.

Role Overview

As Production Manager, you will be the creative engine behind our content marketing strategy. Youll lead a team of 45 creatives, oversee end-to-end production of video and digital content, and bring an extravagant visual style to everything we publish. Your mission: craft scroll-stopping, share-worthy content that drives virality across YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative ideation and content marketing strategy for all JJW platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, and emerging channels.
• Produce and direct high-quality video content with extravagant visual effects, cinematic editing, and compelling hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate a production team of 45 members including editors, animators, and graphic designers.
• Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, viral formats, meme culture, and audience engagement strategies to keep JJW at the cutting edge.
• Leverage AI tools (such as Kling AI, Runway, and other generative platforms) to enhance production quality, speed up workflows, and experiment with innovative content formats.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent, on-brand output across all channels.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and virality.
• Collaborate closely with the brand founder to align production output with JJWs mission of positive, values-driven childrens content.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in video production, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Advanced expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep understanding of hooks, storytelling techniques, and what makes content go viral on social media.
• Proven experience managing and leading creative teams of 45 people.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
• Excellent understanding of content marketing, audience psychology, and platform-specific best practices (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with tight deadlines and high creative standards.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating exceptional editing skills and creative content production.

Nice to Have

• Experience in childrens content, animation, or entertainment brands.
• Familiarity with character-driven storytelling and brand universe building.
• Experience with bilingual content (Hindi + English).
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and audience retention strategies.
