Job Description
- Planning of shift manpower and work deployment,Shift arrangement of associates,Shift wise work allocation
- Adherence of production plan and ensure timely completion of production plan.
- Ensure working as per quality system.
- Follow all SOPs and ensure zero defect overflow.
- Control of non-conforming products and process. Responsible for product changeovers
- Ensure that systems should follow properly.
- Any other tasks assigned by superiors
- Daily updating of the production schedule,Ensure the availability of material from the store as per schedule
- Zero accident on production floor
- Candidates must be from a Manufacturing company background
- Currently on-roll employees (no contract / consultancy profiles)
- Core production experience of minimum 5+ years
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Interview process:1st round: Technical Face-to-Face (mandatory)
- 2nd round onwards: Virtual interviews
