Production Executive

Purpose of the Role:

• Vision: The Production Executive supports the production process by managing standard projects according to the Production Center standards.
• Mission: To support the activation of the clients proposition through collaborating internally on production projects.
• Approach: To establish excellence in production delivery through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering, and Accountability.

The Production Executive (PE) will support the production processes by managing standard projects, such as rate cards, reporting & analyzing internal data, acquiring experience in ways of work, procedures, and workstreams.

The Production Executive will also be responsible for presenting to the rest of the business units all the Production Centers achievements and new joiners through our internal communication channels.

The Production Executive will always perform under the direct supervision of Senior/Production Managers.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Exposure:

• Relevant business-related qualifications AND/OR appropriate experiences within a Procurement, Contracts or Commercial-focused environment.
• Previous experiences in Procurement and logistics roles, a good understanding of Purchasing systems and basic Finance, plus a good understanding of MRP/ERP systems, preferred but not essential.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field may be advantageous.
• Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

Role Requirements:

• The PE could be required to be present on the client site, if any, or our local office, a minimum of 2 days per week, based on client requirements.
• Travel to conferences or client events might be required on occasion.
• The project-based nature of the role requires that some days you will have to work outside of these hours or might need to work during some bank holidays, based on the needs of the local market you work for. This will be compensated in other moment.
