Production Designer - Interior Fitout/Cutlist

We are looking for a Production Designer who thrives on accuracy, coordination, and execution excellence to join our core team and play a key role in delivering high-end residential and turnkey interior projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with design, factory, and site teams , transforming concepts into flawlessly executed spaces through smart planning, material optimization, and production control.

What Youll Do

• Prepare accurate and detailed cutting lists for modular and bespoke interior components
• Cross-verify designs, BOQs, and quotations to ensure alignment before production
• Collaborate closely with designers, factory teams, and project engineer to enable smooth execution
• Drive material optimization to reduce wastage and improve production efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material availability
• Monitor production workflows and ensure output meets Elite Interiors quality benchmarks
• Maintain precise documentation, drawings, and production records
• Act as a key bridge between design intent and on-ground execution

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site execution environment
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and takes ownership of deliverables
• Able to work under tight timelines without compromising quality

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / related field
• Prior stong experience in interior fit-outs, modular furniture, or production engineering is a strong plus
