Production Assistant (Fashion Design or Production Background in Bridal Manufacturing Unit)

Location - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and managing bridal and wedding couture orders

1. Production Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling production to meet deadlines and delivery dates.

2. Task Allocation: Allocate tasks to production team members, such as cutters, embroiderers, and tailors etc.

3. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.4.Communication: Liaise with designers, production team, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Fashion Design or Production Background: Degree or diploma in fashion design, production, or a related field.

2. Production Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a bridal manufacturing unit.

3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: good communication and interpersonal skills to work with designers, production team, and suppliers.

4. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.

5. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
