Job Description
Gravity designs, manufactures, and markets neuro-interventional devices from its US headquarters, with manufacturing sites around the world in the United States, India, and Thailand. We live by a patient-first culture of quality.
What You Will Drive
Daily production scheduling, line balancing, and output KPIs
Control of BOMs, work instructions, and batch records
Maintenance of the ISO 13485 QMS, readiness for audits, rapid CAPA closure
Validation activities with R & D and Engineering (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Incoming inspection and supplier qualification, SCAR tracking
Global logistics planning, shipment booking, and trade compliance
Data reporting through ERP, MES, and eQMS dashboards
Continuous improvement of yield, scrap, and lead-time metrics
Must Have
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, Production, or related field
Two to five years in medical-device manufacturing or quality
Hands-on experience with ISO 13485 and electronic QMS / ERP tools
Strong analytical mindset and clear written and spoken English
Ability to coordinate with teams across time zones
Nice to Have
Hands-on background with neurovascular or catheter-based devices
