Simplify medical and technical language into user-friendly communication

Ensure clarity, reassurance, and trust in health-related messaging

Work closely with Product, UX, and Tech to:

o Define tone within flows

o Reduce cognitive load

o Improve task completion rates

2. Health & Data Translation

Translate blood markers, face scan score, health scores, and lifestyle recommendations into simple explanations.

Collaborate with medical/science advisors for accuracy

Ensure messaging avoids overclaims and regulatory risks

3. Collaboration & Iteration

Participate in sprint planning and product reviews

Test copy with UX flows and suggest improvements

Align with QA to ensure consistency across states

4. Expansion into Brand Layer

Once product messaging stabilises:

Contribute to product narratives

Align in-app language with brand voice

Support website and product-adjacent content

Help define tone of voice for digital interfaces
