Role Overview
As a Product Trainer, you will drive product awareness and technical proficiency for our portfolio, including CCTV, NVR, DVR, POE systems, Televisions, and Interactive Touch Panels . You will design and deliver high-impact training to internal staff, distributors, and dealers nationwide through 1-on-1 sessions, workshops, and virtual platforms like Zoom.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct technical demonstrations on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Content Creation: Develop modules, manuals, FAQs, and video tutorials for all product lines.
- Engagement: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align training with business goals and enhance dealer adoption.
- Reporting: Track training outcomes and participant feedback to improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: 25 years in the CCTV/Surveillance industry.
- Education: Graduate in Electronics/IT; technical certifications or MBA preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of security hardware, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in remote training tools.
