Role Overview
As aStock Market Trainer & Sales Enablerat NeoTrader, you will train clients exclusively on the NeoTrader platform its strategies, features, and tools while driving adoption and influencing product upgrades.
Youre not just an educator; youre a product evangelist and sales catalyst who thrives on client success. This high-energy role blends training, live product demonstrations, and consultative selling to inspire users, maximize engagement, and increase software conversions.
This is anin-office role based in Chembur, requiring an energetic presence in daily operations, client-facing sessions, and public events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product-specific training sessions, webinars, and 1:many demos on all NeoTrader features and trading strategies.
- Deliver engaging, result-oriented onboarding experiences that build trader confidence and demonstrate product ROI.
- Drive adoption and plan upgrades through strategic upselling and customer success storytelling.
- Act as aNeoTrader evangelist, representing the brand in training rooms, webinars, and events with enthusiasm and authority.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during client interactions; coordinate with sales teams to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, training completions, and conversion outcomes.
- Support clients post-sale to ensure continued engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined targets for onboarding completions, plan upgrades, and paid conversions.
- Participate in-office meetings, product training, and public sessions at NeoTraders Chembur HQ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience intrading, technical analysis, or financial product sales/training.
- Solid understanding oftechnical indicators, charting tools, and market workflows.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills confident in webinars and live sales pitches.
- Highly energetic, assertive, and persuasive personality driven by results and incentives.
- Demonstrated track record of converting interest into action whether through sales or client adoption.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with performance-linked incentives.
- 100% willing to work from theChembur office (no remote option).
