Product Trainer

We are looking for a Product Trainer who combines hands-on solution delivery with strong enablement and training capabilities.

Learnings from live customer projects are continuously fed back into training programs, implementation best practices, and architectural guidance, ensuring enablement remains practical, relevant and impact-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver contextual, role-based learning journeys using distinct, non-templatized use cases grounded in real customer scenarios
• Conduct hands-on workshops focused on solution thinking, architecture and real business problems
• Collaborate closely with customers, account Managers, sales Leaders and professional services teams to perform training needs analysis and align enablement with business outcomes
• Enable Professional Services teams through advanced, implementation-focused workshops, ensuring consistency in solution quality
• Contribute directly to customer solution development alongside Professional Services by designing, building and reviewing data models, workflows, automations and integrations
• Translate real project learnings into high-impact enablement content, workshops, and best-practice documentation
• Act as a technical and solution-quality benchmark, defining and reinforcing implementation and architectural standards
• Measure effectiveness through assessments, product adoption signals and delivery outcomes
• Continuously evolve the Kissflow Academy with new enterprise use cases and implementation best practices derived from live customer projects

What Were Looking For

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS product enablement, solution consulting or low-code development
• Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience designing and delivering training programs or learning journeys
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
