We are looking for an experienced Sales & Product Trainer with a strong gemstone or gemology background to design and deliver impactful product and sales training programs. The role will focus on enabling sales teams with in-depth gemstone knowledge and consultative selling skills to drive high-value sales and improved customer conversions.
- Deliver product training on gemstones, including quality, certification, pricing, origin, and astrological significance.
- Conduct sales training programs tailored for inside sales and customer-facing teams.
- Simplify complex gemstone concepts into practical sales narratives for easy customer communication.
- Design structured training modules, presentations, and learning materials for ongoing skill development.
- Conduct regular classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, and post-training performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and customize training interventions.
- Stay updated on gemstone market trends, certifications, and best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience in gemstones / gemology (precious and/or mid-precious).
- Proven experience as a Trainer / Professor / Sales Coach / Product Trainer.
- Prior experience delivering sales and product training for customer-facing teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate technical gemstone knowledge into customer-friendly sales language.
- Certification in Gemology (GIA, IGI, GII, or equivalent).
- Prior experience with gems & jewellery brands, institutes, or training academies.
- Experience training teams handling high-value / HNI customers.
