Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LoanIQ Selenium Core Java and Lending Strategies. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of products to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
  • Utilize LoanIQ to test and validate lending strategies and processes.
  • Implement automated testing scripts using Selenium to improve testing efficiency.
  • Write and maintain test scripts in Core Java to ensure robust testing coverage.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test results and defects for review.
  • Participate in product lifecycle management to ensure quality at every stage.
  • Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have experience with LoanIQ for testing lending strategies.
  • Must have proficiency in Selenium for automated testing.
  • Must have strong skills in Core Java for writing and maintaining test scripts.
  • Must have knowledge of lending strategies and processes.
  • Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
