Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience in Temenos T24 Core Banking Selenium and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance with a focus on delivering high-quality products. This role offers a hybrid work model and requires no travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for Temenos T24 and Core Banking applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using Selenium and Core Java.
  • Provide expertise in identifying analyzing and documenting defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Monitor and report on test progress test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers providing technical support and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of the product.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Support the deployment and release management processes to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

    • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking applications.
  • Proficiency in Selenium and Core Java for test automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule.

    ISTQB Certified Tester Temenos T24 Certification
