Location: Sec 67,Gurgaon- Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Technical Recruiters(Product Based) with proven experience in hiring for product-based companies or high-performance engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical and functional roles.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills in emerging technologies.
  • Partner with Engineering Leaders & Hiring Managers to deliver a frictionless, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Execute and optimize sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
  • Assess candidate fit through structured screening and coordinate robust technical evaluations.
  • Leverage your LinkedIn presence and professional brand to engage passive talent and promote employer branding.
  • Stay updated with evolving technology trends and continuously refine sourcing techniques.

  • Required Qualifications
    • 25 years of experience in technical recruiting across various tech stacks and platforms.
    • Proven success in hiring for roles such as:
    • Backend, Frontend & Fullstack Engineering
    • iOS / Android / Flutter Development
    • AI, Generative AI, ML Engineering
    • Data Engineering & Data Architecture
    • QA Engineers (Manual & Automation)
    • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks and startup-to-enterprise hiring environments.
    • Expertise in niche or hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing techniques.
    • A strong LinkedIn presence with active engagement.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate experience delivery.
