Key Responsibilities

• User Journey management : Should know how to transform a hand drawn design into a viable wireframe and get it designed + developed through Developers as per desired outcome.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist the Founders in defining the vision, goals, and roadmap for Go.Travjoy.com.
• Feature Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and prioritize new features.
• User Research & Data Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze product usage data, and provide insights to improve customer experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics, customer feedback, and business KPIs to optimize features and user engagement.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on travel tech trends, competitor products, and industry best practices.
• Product planning and execution
• Wireframing and prototyping
• Leading and coordinating the development team
• Working closely with the content team
• Coordinating with external teams and suppliers to close integrations
• Ensuring timelines are aligned across all moving parts
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Fair understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience in the travel industry OTA or Aggregators or tech startups is desired.
