Product Team Lead

The Product Lead will be responsible for end-to-end product delivery, acting as the primary interface between customers and development teams. This role requires strong technical leadership (Java background), Agile delivery expertise, and people's management capabilities to ensure high-quality, on-time product releases.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product development lifecycle and delivery commitments
• Drive Agile product delivery with hands-on experience in Scrum-based environments
• Act as the primary interface between customers and the delivery team
• Coordinate and facilitate achievement of product objectives and milestones
• Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks and dependencies
• Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide development teams in Java full-stack application development and support high-level solution design
• Manage release cycles and release management activities
• Handle people management, performance reviews, mentoring, and team development
• Inspire teams towards service excellence and innovation
• Ensure delivery within agreed budgets and support financial forecasting
