TCS Mumbai hiring for Product Support Lead !!!!!

Role: Product Support Lead

Experience required: 5 to 7 years

Location:- Mumbai

Required Technical Skillset:-:-

1. Knowledge of PL SQL
2. Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products.
3. Implements process improvement initiatives and improves and contributes to customer satisfaction
4. Manages deliveries with in Cost and Budgets
5. Addresses and solve reported issues.
6. Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in large programs
7. Maintain project hygiene including MIS

Responsibilities:-

1. Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking/payments/Capital Markets) would be an added advantage
2. Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is desired
3. Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
4. Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence
5. Coordinates onsite and offshore teams in order to keep the track of deliveries
6. Resolve reported issues within the TAT
7. Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
8. Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
9. Maintain project hygiene including scheduled MIS reports and participate in internal discussions for resolution of reported issues
