Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to lead customer support, technical troubleshooting, and product knowledge development for vehicle safety and IoT-based systems. The role involves hands-on technical support, team training, and close coordination with factories and leadership for continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical customer support for vehicle safety and IoT-based products
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis for faults and failures
• Train and mentor new and junior service engineers/technicians
• Liaise with manufacturing factories to gain a deep understanding of product functioning, operation, and maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams and directors for product development and enhancements
• Travel domestically and internationally for product training and technical support assignments
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities as required

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Automobile / Instrumentation Engineering
• Experience Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in installation, servicing, or troubleshooting of vehicle safety products, such as: Rear-view camera systems, Proximity warning systems ,Automatic fire detection systems. Exposure to IoT-based systems is preferred.
