Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Support Engineer to assist the sales team in supporting enterprise software solutions including Microsoft 365, Adobe products, and Autodesk solutions such as AutoCAD. The role involves customer interaction, product demonstrations, technical clarification, and assisting with solution recommendations.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BSc / BCA (IT, Computer Science or related fields)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Exchange Online
• Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or pre-sales roles
• Interest in enterprise software and technology consulting
• Understanding of software licensing concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to the sales team during customer discussions and product evaluations.
2. Assist in product demonstrations and presentations for Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AutoCAD.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
4. Respond to technical queries related to product features, licensing, and deployment.
5. Support in preparation of technical proposals and solution documentation.
6. Coordinate with vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Autodesk when required.
7. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and onboarding guidance.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 cloud tools

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products

Exposure to AutoCAD or other Autodesk software
