We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented Intern to join our team and drive the success of our AI-powered hiring platform. This role sits at the heart of product adoption and customer success - helping recruiters and candidates get the most out of our technology.

If you're passionate about helping people, love solving problems in real-time, and want hands-on experience driving product engagement, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving Product Adoption & Engagement

• Connect with recruiters to onboard them onto our AI-powered Resume Parser and ATS
• Drive daily engagement by ensuring recruiters are actively using the platform and seeing value
• Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement

Customer Success & Support

• Resolve recruiter doubts and questions about the platform via calls, chat, or email
• Connect with candidates to address their queries and ensure a smooth application experience
• Act as the voice of the user, bringing insights back to the product team

Product Enablement

• Create simple guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs to help users navigate the platform
• Monitor user behavior and flag adoption blockers or pain points
• Support product rollout activities and user readiness initiatives

Tech Development Collaboration

• Work closely with the product and tech teams to communicate user needs
• Assist in documenting common issues and solutions
• Help track product success metrics and user satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to people
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Interest in customer success, user engagement, or product adoption
• Comfort learning and explaining technology to non-technical users
• Self-starter attitudeyou take initiative and follow through
• Bonus: Familiarity with Nocode DB, Airtable
• Adept at integrating AI tools like Claude into daily workflows.
