Product Specialist-Alkoxylates

Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:

Nouryon Natural Resources is looking for an experienced individual to fill the Alkoxylates Product

Specialist position. Successful execution of this role requires thorough understanding of our product portfolio, our footprint and supply chain, to fully utilize our assets.

About The Job (Job Responsibilities):

• Facilitates product life cycle management like new product commercialization, product changes
• and product eliminations.
• Provides specifications and typical data for external product information (PDS, brochures etc.).
• Issues statements of Raw materials and finished products.
• Answering prioritized customer questionnaires / questions.
• Responsible for suggesting candidates for Product Elimination to reduce complexity incl value
• stream mapping support.
• Responsible for HS codes assessment to facilitate the export of products.
• Coordinates harmonization of specs between sites.
• Sustainability focal point for Alkoxylates. For example: Product Carbon Footprint sheets, ISCC+
• Act as the focal point for all product related work for assigned production locations.
• Support PDS creation in a Product Information Management (PIM) solution.
• Active member of the Global Product Management team.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience):

• A Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business is required
• 5-7 years relevant experience from different disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to build up a network being service oriented, organized, flexible and reliable.
• Comfortable in working across global cultures
• Communication and interpersonal skills, listening, writing, verbal, influencing
• Project management capabilities and skills
• Business acumen, result oriented, and problem-solving abilities
• Good skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge in SAP/BW.
