2. Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
3. Good analytical abilities
4. Expected to understand Retail Digital Banking application as sought by the market.
5. Understand product existing functionality, study market requirements and build specifications for features enhancements.
6. Involve with development team for building the identified features and test the market readiness of the product.
7. Involve in prospects RFPs, match the requirements, list the gaps, build specifications for development and delivery.
