Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps MS SQL Server Oracle SQL Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. Additionally experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of product features using Core Java and Spring Boot.
  • Oversee the integration of Microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.
  • Provide expertise in Azure DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes.
  • Utilize MS SQL Server and Oracle SQL to manage and optimize database operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer data to inform product development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless product functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Must have proficiency in MS SQL Server and Oracle SQL for database management.
  • Must have expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices for scalable application development.
  • Must have solid knowledge of Core Java for backend development.
  • Must have experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Nice to have experience in hybrid work model and day shift operations.
  • Nice to have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
