About the Team

The Investment & Product team at Navi manages our portfolio of investment products, including mutual funds and digital gold. The team is responsible for conceptualizing new investment solutions and expanding the customer base for existing products, driving growth and accessibility in the investment space.

About the Role

The Product Specialist at Navi AMC acts as the strategic link between the Investment Management team and the Sales/Distribution channels. The key responsibility of this role is to translate complex investment strategies into compelling narratives that drive asset gathering. Crucially, you will champion the launch of new products, driving the end-to-end strategy for New Fund Offers (NFOs)from market gap analysis to go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for product positioning, competitor analysis, and equipping the sales team with the technical ammunition (data, pitch decks, insights) required to win mandates from IFAs, Wealth Managers, and Institutional clients.

Must Haves

• 0-2 years of experience in an AMC (Product/Research), Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory role.
• CA, MBA in Finance, or CFA (Level 1 cleared or above is highly preferred)
• A rigorous approach to performance attribution analysis, scheme comparison, and identifying market trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex portfolio strategies to a non-technical audience.

What We Expect From You

• Own the creation and maintenance of high-quality sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, monthly market updates, and fund fact sheets. Ensure all content is data-backed and compliant with regulations.
• Actively monitor the mutual fund landscape to track competitor performance, inflows/outflows, and product positioning. Provide actionable insights to the sales and investment teams on where Navi stands against peers.
• Accompany the sales team on meetings with key partners (National Distributors, Family Offices, Corporate Treasuries) to act as the technical subject matter expert during the pitch.
• Assist in the ideation and launch of new fund offers (NFOs) by conducting feasibility studies, back-testing strategies, and preparing filing documents.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the internal sales team to ensure they fully understand the nuances of Navis schemes (Equity, Debt, Index Funds). Empower them to handle technical queries from distributors.
