Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Specialist with 2-6 years of experience specializing in Guidewire platforms including BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter. This role is pivotal in enhancing our insurance solutions focusing on Life and Annuities Insurance. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business requirements to implement Guidewire solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire platforms with other systems.
  • Customize and configure Guidewire applications to meet business needs.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of Guidewire modules by conducting thorough testing.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on Guidewire products to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest Guidewire features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
  • Assist in the migration and upgrade processes of Guidewire platforms.
  • Document all technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for users on Guidewire functionalities and best practices.
  • Optimize system performance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Actively participate in meetings and discussions to offer insights and recommendations.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have hands-on experience with Guidewire - BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance domain particularly in Life and Annuities Insurance.
  • Proficiency in Java is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development in Guidewire technologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
