Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality Microservices and Java Webservices to support our product offerings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.Ensure that all developed services are scalable reliable and secure.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of services to ensure optimal performance and quality.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Microservices and Java Webservices.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Document all development processes code changes and technical specifications.Work closely with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain experts to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.Assist in the planning and execution of product releases and updates.Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed services and make necessary improvements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any issues encountered.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices with hands-on experience.Have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and its specific requirements.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Have experience working in a hybrid work model and managing tasks both remotely and on-site.Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the product.
