Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in PL/SQL MS SQL Server Oracle and Facets along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL scripts to support various business functions.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of MS SQL Server databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle database management ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Utilize Facets to manage and process healthcare claims efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve issues related to Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
  • Implement best practices for claims processing to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.
  • Document processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to optimize operations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.

  • Possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL MS SQL Server Oracle and Facets.
  • Have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
