Product Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions on LED lighting systems, including product features, installation, configuration, and safety standards.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops for internal staff, dealers, and customers.
• Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and video tutorials.
• Evaluate trainees performance and provide feedback to improve skills and understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest LED technologies, control systems, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align training content with company goals.
• Provide technical support and guidance when required.
• Maintain records of all training sessions and participant progress.
• Conduct assessments to ensure learning effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Proven experience in LED lighting systems, installation, or technical training.
• Strong understanding of LED technologies, drivers, control systems, and energy efficiency standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and video training tools.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training and demonstrations.
• Certification in training delivery or instructional design (preferred but not mandatory).
