Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development
• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across manufacturing, pharma, logistics, automotive, FMCG, and infrastructure sectors in and around Pune region.
• Prospect key accounts and engage decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Plant Heads, etc.).
• Map customer requirements to QodeNexts portfolio (RFID, Machine Vision, Mobile Computing, Factory Automation, etc.).

• Account Management
• Build strong relationships with key accounts in the Pune industrial belt.
• Develop strategic account plans for major clients and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and technology trends in the Pune region.
• Maintain accurate sales funnel data in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology; MBA in Marketing or Operations is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial/enterprise B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of automation, AIDC, RFID, or smart manufacturing tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
