Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across manufacturing, pharma, logistics, automotive, FMCG, and infrastructure sectors in and around Pune region.
- Prospect key accounts and engage decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Plant Heads, etc.).
- Map customer requirements to QodeNexts portfolio (RFID, Machine Vision, Mobile Computing, Factory Automation, etc.).
- Account Management
- Build strong relationships with key accounts in the Pune industrial belt.
- Develop strategic account plans for major clients and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and technology trends in the Pune region.
- Maintain accurate sales funnel data in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology; MBA in Marketing or Operations is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial/enterprise B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of automation, AIDC, RFID, or smart manufacturing tech is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi.
