Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Product Quality & Support Executive specializing in Audio & Wearables. Responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, managing quality audits, and overseeing quality management systems to ensure compliance with established standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to address product issues and provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform product testing and validation for Audio & Wearable devices (TWS, Speakers, Soundbars, Smartwatches, etc.)

Conduct PDI checks, sample evaluation, and pre-production validation

Coordinate with OEM / ODM / China vendors for quality issues and corrective actions

Track defects, DOA cases, and field failures

Maintain test reports, quality logs, and issue trackers

Support product improvement by providing quality feedback to internal teams

Monitor customer feedback and ratings to identify quality concerns

Required Skills & Experience:

35 years of experience in Product Engineering / Testing / Hardware Support

Hands-on exposure to Audio devices or Wearable electronics

Experience coordinating with OEM / ODM vendors

Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing issues
