Product Owner - Voice

We are currently looking for Product Owner - Voice to join a fast growing product based Organisation in Pune.

If you have strong background in voice infrastructure who can Lead the strategic transformation of voice infrastructure from 20+ legacy systems, including Cisco CUCM to a unified Microsoft Teams-based solution. We'd love to hear from you.

Role: Product Owner - Voice

Location: Baner, Pune

Relevant Experience:

• Academic Level: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
• 8+ years of Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise voice infrastructure, including hands-on expertise with Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale voice migrations and delivering unified communication solutions across complex, multi-site environments. IT experience with 3+ years of architecture-level experience in Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• 5+ years of Managing Cisco CUCM environments
• MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD, Power Platform and Viva).
• Strong understanding of identity architecture (Azure AD, hybrid identity), compliance, data protection, and Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Familiarity with Graph API, Teams App integrations, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Academic Level: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, Cisco CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent are highly desirable.MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
