Strategic Alignment:

Interpret and contextualize business strategy for operational needs.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and objectives.

Develop capability-based roadmaps and value streams.

Architecture Development:

Create business capability maps, operating models, and architectural frameworks.

Design future-state models that support strategic goals.

Map capabilities to systems, services, and applications.

Analysis & Evaluation:

Assess organizational capacity using value stream and capability map analysis.

Measure effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend improvements

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with stakeholders across departments.

Partner with enterprise architects, solution architects, data architects, and analysts.

Facilitate Meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Documentation & Governance:

Develop comprehensive (Lean IA) documentation for stakeholders.
