Primary Skillset : 8-10 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or cloud platforms, Candidate needs to be technically strong.

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Telemetry, Usage Analytics, and Billing capabilities within the CXone platform. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive accurate, realtime insights into product consumption while enabling internal teams to scale operations, optimize billing processes.

• Candidate will own the product roadmap for CXone telemetry, product usage management, and billing services.
• Define detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for telemetry pipelines, usage metering, rating, and billing workflows
• Prioritize backlog in alignment with business value, risk, and cross-team dependencies.
• Communicate product plans, timelines, and outcomes across teams and leadership.
• Serve as the subjectmatter expert for usage, telemetry, entitlement, and billing systems.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Candidate needs to be technically strong.

• Strong understanding of usage data pipelines, event telemetry, metering, or billing systems.
• Experience writing epics, user stories, managing agile backlogs, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholderalignment abilities.
• Would be great if candidate has experience or knowledge Angular 21, OpenAPM, Cloud Infra , Java-based microservices and SOL Design .
