Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with deep expertise in SaaS-based ERP platforms and hands-on experience in Agentic AI systems. The candidate will lead the design and delivery of intelligent, autonomous, and scalable enterprise solutions that leverage AI agents to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for SaaS-based ERP solutions
• Identify opportunities to embed Agentic AI into ERP workflows (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc)
• Align product direction with business goals and digital transformation initiatives

Agentic AI Implementation

• Design and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Build use cases such as:
• Intelligent workflow automation
• AI copilots for ERP users
• Self-service AI assistants
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on:
• LLM integrations
• Prompt engineering
• Multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Ensure ethical AI usage, governance, and explainability

SaaS ERP Product Management

• Lead development of multi-tenant SaaS ERP systems
• Define subscription models, user roles (RBAC), and configuration capabilities

Requirement & Backlog Management

• Translate business requirements into: User stories, Epics, Acceptance criteria
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, AI impact, and customer needs

Agile Delivery Execution

• Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and internal teams
• Gather feedback and continuously improve product features
• Communicate product vision and progress effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• ERP architectures and workflows
• SaaS multi-tenancy and scalability
• APIs, Microservices, and Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Hands-on exposure to:
• LLMs (GPT, open-source models)
• Agent frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
• AI orchestration and workflow automation tools
