Role Description

Reelax is seeking a Product Owner for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida location. The Product Owner will oversee the development and enhancement of our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining product features, managing the product lifecycle, and facilitating communication between development teams and stakeholders. Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions will be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Management and Business Analysis
• Proficient in Analytical Skills and understanding of market needs
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of Software Development processes to guide the technical team
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively
• Experience in Agile methodologies and related tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
