Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Owner (PO) to join our R&D organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of industrial software and IIoT platforms.

The Product Owner will work closely with Product Managers and Architects to translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams. This role demands a strong balance of technical understanding, leadership, and communication skills to deliver scalable, high-quality, and value-driven solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Architects to align product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and R&D teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate technical and functional discussions, translating business goals into clear, executable objectives.
• Ensure business requirements are well-defined, detailed, and clearly understood by the development teams.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, user story definition, and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously refine and reprioritize backlog items to maximize value delivery in each sprint or Program Increment (PI).
• Work closely with engineering leads to drive clarity on scope, dependencies, risks, and technical feasibility.
• Support sprint planning, PI planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role within software development.
• Proven experience delivering complex software products in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and Containerization technologies.
• Experience working with industrial automation systems, IIoT platforms, or edge computing solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
