Qualification & Experience
- 6 + years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Owner or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery (SAFe preferred).
- Experience in backlog management and agile ceremonies.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Global rollout or transformation program background
- Insurance domain knowledge (BMP/GRP2 or equivalent added advantage).
- CSPO/SAFe certification desirable.
