This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Owner / Product Manager specializing in U.S. Healthcare. The role is based in Bengaluru and involves overseeing the development and lifecycle of healthcare-related software products. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, conducting market research, and ensuring successful product delivery. The role also involves prioritizing product backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs and company goals.

• Strong Product Management and Business Analysis experience to oversee the planning, execution, and refinement of product roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess market needs, analyze data insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication Skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across varying levels of the organization.
• Foundational knowledge in Software Development to guide technical teams and communicate technical features effectively.
• Background or understanding of U.S. healthcare systems or value-based care models is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in product management is a plus.
