Job Description:

Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Use Mural , Miro , or similar tools to facilitate visual collaboration , user journey mapping , and story mapping workshops.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring items are prioritized, refined, and ready for development.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, mockups, and journey flows for new features and enhancements.
Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Conduct regular review sessions , sprint planning , and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Act as the voice of the customer , ensuring all product decisions align with user needs and business value.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Requirements Must-Have:

48 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product management role.
Strong hands-on experience with Mural , Miro , or other collaboration tools for journey mapping and story mapping .
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks with proven backlog management experience.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design , requirements gathering , and feature prioritization .
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have:

Experience with GenAI tools , digital transformation projects , or SaaS-based products .
Exposure to JIRA , Confluence , or similar Agile tools.
Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO , PSPO ) preferred.
