AI & Automation literacy -Familiarity with how AI (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, conversational tooling) optimises communications, supports backlog creation, and improves client experience.
Customer-centric product delivery - Demonstrated ability to act as the voice of the customer, ensuring communications delivery, clarity, consistency and meaningful client outcomes.
