Product Owner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our digital products. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product features align with user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams. Make data-driven decisions using user feedback, analytics, and market research. Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions. Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving user problems. Familiarity with UX principles and customer-centric design. Preferred Skills: Certifications like CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent. Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
