Product Owner Back Office (L09)

About the Role:

The Product Owner owns and shapes the Agile backlog to deliver high-quality data and product capabilities aligned to business priorities. Operating in a builder culture, this role actively uses AI tools and data storytelling to refine requirements, validate assumptions, and communicate delivery outcomes.

• Build and prioritize an AI-assisted Agile backlog with two iterations of ready work
• Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria and delivery expectations
• Deliver dashboards and visualizations translating analytics into insights
• Review and accept completed stories each sprint
• Coordinate dependencies across Product Owners
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and delays transparently
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Product, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery roles
• 5+ years delivering software in Agile/Scrum environments
• Requirements elicitation and technical writing
• Agile backlog and delivery management
• Executive and stakeholder communication
• Data storytelling and visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
• Daily use of AI tools for product work
• Advanced analytics communication
• Experience with AI-driven decision support
