Identity & Access Management main objective is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right users at the right time. Within I&A, the Secrets Management capability centrally manages credentials used for machine-to-machine authentication and authorization.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder inputs, market trends, and business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs
• Continuously assess and refine the product roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, feedback, and escalations
• Ensure effectiveness of the business processes, governance, and controls and drive continuous improvements

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product ownership, preferably of a cyber security product
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, processes, and technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
