Experience: 5-8 yrs

Location: Onsite Bengaluru Hybrid (3 days WFO in a week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills and experience in Logistics (preferably Freight Forwarding). The candidate should work with the multiple business teams to understand the problem statements and engage with Product team to deliver them.

Having functional expertise in freight forwarding/freight management, must be functional area expertise and or exposed to.

Same should be reflect in the resume.

e.g. Quotation & Rate Management, Freight Booking & Shipment Management (House/Master shipment), Billing (invoices/vendor bills), Document Management (FIATA BL, AWB, etc), CFS, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years in product owner/analyst/manager role
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding workflows (booking, shipment, tracking, invoicing, etc.)
• Strong communication and functional documentation skills
• Agile/Scrum experience

• Strong domain knowledge in freight forwarding domain

• Booking & Scheduling
• Shipment Tracking
• Documentation (e.g., BL, AWB)
• Customs Compliance
• Freight Invoicing & Costing
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and wireframing tools
