Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional communicator and strategic thinker to serve as the bridge between our AI technology and business stakeholders. This role combines deep understanding of AI capabilities with outstanding presentation skills to articulate value propositions to investors, customers, and executive audiences. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex AI concepts into compelling business narratives, leading pre-sales engagements, and representing our AI solutions in high-stakes environments.

This is NOT a hands-on development role. We need someone who can stand in front of investors, deliver winning presentations, lead discovery sessions with clients, and craft the story of how AI transforms businesses. Academic background in AI/ML combined with exceptional business acumen is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor & Executive Communications

Deliver high-impact presentations to investors, board members, and C-suite executives on AI strategy, business value, and competitive positioning

Articulate ROI, market opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies for AI investments in clear, compelling business terms

Represent the company at investor roadshows, pitch competitions, and fundraising events

Develop investor-facing materials including executive summaries, pitch decks, business cases, and market analyses

Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic updates to stakeholders

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops to understand business needs

Design AI solution architectures that align with customer business objectives and technical constraints

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to specific client needs

Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with clear, persuasive proposals

Support sales team with technical expertise during client negotiations and contract discussions

Create solution architecture documents, implementation roadmaps, and business value assessments

Product Strategy & Business Analysis

Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats

Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements and user stories

Prioritize features and capabilities based on business value and strategic alignment

Serve as product owner in Agile development, working closely with technical teams without coding

Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and go-to-market strategies for AI solutions

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

Speak at industry conferences, webinars, and executive forums about AI business transformation

Author white papers, case studies, and thought leadership articles for business audiences

Build relationships with industry analysts, media, and thought leaders in the AI space

Participate in advisory boards, standards bodies, and industry working groups

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field (MBA is a strong plus)

5-10+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, product management, or business analysis roles

Proven track record of successful investor presentations, client wins, and executive stakeholder management

Experience in technology consulting, enterprise software, or AI/ML product companies

Background working with startups or high-growth companies through funding rounds preferred

AI/ML Knowledge (Conceptual, Not Coding)

Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML technologies: supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, LLMs, generative AI

Knowledge of AI solution architectures, deployment models (cloud, edge, hybrid), and integration patterns

Understanding of AI ethics, bias, explainability, governance, and regulatory considerations

Awareness of AI market landscape, competitive positioning, and industry use cases across verticals

Ability to read technical documentation and engage meaningfully with engineering teams

Note: We need someone who understands the 'what' and 'why' of AI deeply, not someone who codes the 'how'.

Communication & Business Skills (CRITICAL)

Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with ability to command attention of senior executives and investors

Outstanding written communication skills for proposals, business cases, and executive summaries

Master storyteller who can craft compelling narratives around technology and business transformation

Expert at translating technical concepts into business value and ROI for non-technical audiences

Strong active listening skills to understand customer pain points and business objectives

Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings

Confident and persuasive in high-pressure situations including negotiations and Q&A sessions

Business & Strategic Competencies

Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling

Experience developing go-to-market strategies and business development plans

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across organizations

Strategic thinking with ability to see big picture while managing tactical execution

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks

Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

MBA from top-tier business school combined with technical graduate degree

Previous experience at leading consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or Big Tech companies

Published research or academic papers in AI/ML conferences or journals

Track record of successful product launches or company exits

Established network in venture capital, private equity, or enterprise technology sectors

Experience working internationally with cross-cultural communication skills

Certifications in product management (CSPO, CPO) or solution architecture (TOGAF, AWS/Azure SA)

Speaking engagements at major industry conferences (recorded presentations available for review)
