Product Owner

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product Owners (PCO) and play a key role in translating business needs into high-impact technical solutions while working closely with multicultural, geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery
• Collaborate closely with internal and partner development teams
• Ensure transparent communication on product progress with all stakeholders
• Identify and manage product risks with effective mitigation plans
• Work in an international setup with regular collaboration at the German site

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Strong expertise in Railway Rolling Stock product development
• Knowledge of EN 50155 , industrial switches , and industrial cybersecurity (IEC 62443)
• Solid technical understanding of:
• Thermal simulation
• Product variants management
• IP sealing & power supplies
• Design-to-CoGS and product industrialization
• Certification (CE, FCC, UL)
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English ; German is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
