Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog and ensure the product team consistently delivers on the clients' needs and wants. Your role will involve validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. - Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact the product delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Requirement Management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing user stories. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Knowledge of user experience design principles. - Familiarity with software development processes. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed product decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Requirement Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
