ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Its a tech-enabled platform built to empower ambitious founders and professionals with curated learning, community, and wealth-building opportunities.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Own end-to-end product operations for the Investments / Wealth pod, across partner integrations, internal tools, and production systems.
• Act as the single point of coordination between:
• External partners (Banks, Exchanges, PGs, Regulators, Tech Partners)
• Internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Finance, Support, Compliance)
• Track and manage partner integration issues, production incidents, escalations, SLAs, TAT, and contractual commitments.
• Drive issue triage and resolutionReproduce issues and collect logs, payloads, screenshots, and timelines
• Work with engineers to identify root causes
• Coordinate fixes, hot-releases, and partner follow-ups
• Close the loop with business, ops, and partners
• Build and improve operational processes

WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• 13 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Tech Operations.
• Prior experience working in fintech, banking, payments, broking, wealth, or regulated systems with external integrations and production systems
• Strong comfort working with technical systems and workflows, including:
• API-based integrations
• Webhooks, callbacks, reconciliation flows
• Incident management and production support
• Ability to:
• Read and understand API contracts, logs, error codes, and basic system flows
• Translate technical issues into clear business and partner communication
• Break down complex incidents into structured action plans
• Strong written communication
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, partner-heavy environments with frequent firefighting.
