Product Operations Associate

Job Role:

1. Identify and correct failure points to improve underlying model accuracy
2. Analyse product performance metrics, trends and patterns and report them in appropriate format
3. Lead the analysis for performance of existing product capabilities and identify new opportunity areas
4. Drive key strategic initiatives for improving product user engagement
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support users and deliver the right user experience
6. Drive launch and adoption of products launched by the Healthify Product Team.
7. Launch success and improvement of adoption of products.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience
3. Knowledge of SQL, statistics, and Excel
4. Strong communication and writing skills
5. Ability to work independently, with attention to detail
6. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get-things-done
7. Prior experience with app analytics tools such as Clevertap, Localytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel is a plus, however, not must.
8. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
9. Creative background is a huge plus.
