Product Operations Associate – Astrology

We are looking for a Product Operations Associate with an astrology background to support and manage day-to-day operations of our AstroLive app. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of astrology and experience in managing astrologer onboarding, content quality, and product operations.

• Manage daily product operations for the AstroLive platform.
• Coordinate with astrologers and tarot readers on the platform.
• Handle astrologer onboarding, verification, and profile setup.
• Monitor live sessions, chat consultations, and call quality.
• Ensure accurate astrology content and predictions quality on the platform.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve user engagement.
• Track user feedback and help improve customer experience.
• Manage astrology-related content and services like Kundli reading, tarot, and consultations.
• Prepare basic reports on astrologer performance and platform activity.

• 13 years of experience in product operations, astrology platforms, or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of Vedic astrology, tarot reading, or spiritual services.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong coordination and operational management skills.
• Comfortable working with mobile apps and dashboards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with astrology apps or spiritual platforms.
• Familiarity with Kundli, horoscope reading, or tarot consultation workflows.
